everything is a part of cons, no work life balance, no salary on time you have to ask every month for salary

pros... lol you'll get a chair. nothing else

cons hi cons.. no management, third class labour pay... even peon would get a better salary than us. this company have no employees except 2 or 3. No HR, nothing. Even for salary u have to beg and aatleast 20 times u have remind them after month.
