Pros

If you prove yourself you can stay busy as an hourly employee. If you are salaried be prepared for long hours. Good experience can be gained by those new to the industry. A viable first company to work for when breaking into the wireless field.

Cons

Lower hourly and salaried pay than other companies in the industry. No raises or even reduction in pay are the norm. Promises made but not kept. Hourly employees are only paid for time worked so when it gets slow paychecks shrink. Salaried employees wait a long time for an increase in pay. The carrot at the end of the stick remains out of reach.

Pros

Team is very supportive. Laid-back environment, casual dress code. Great entry-level place to work if you have no experience in telecom, especially since if you are really good they'll likely promote you to a Design Lead or Project Manager position. Direct supervisors are (usually) always there for help because it is likely they have done your job (lots of promotions from within).

Cons

When Vinculums cries broke, they tend to take it out on it's employees - tidal waves of lay offs, demotions, salary cuts. Doesn't pay very well, even if you prove your worth. Director was always happy to tack on responsibilities without added monetary benefit. High expectations of your workload, even if they can't approve OT. Management doesn't instill very much confidence or respect.
