In the last 2 years there has been a positive shift in the way the business operates, they are focused on staff and making it a good place to work. I really like that they are trying to create a healthy work life balance which can be difficult in the motor industry. They've also recently refreshed the staff working environment and benefits which is nice. Best thing are the staff are friendly and helpful
