There are some people who thrive on drama and toxicity, and refuse to be team players or take accountability. They eventually end up leaving one way or another.

This is a Great place to learn as you work. If you are up for a challenge, eager and have thick skin you will do well. The Customer Service Department is run by a Fantastic Woman who juggles many things, and does it exceptionally, (she may appear to be Super Woman - but it is important to remember she is still human!). You will gain many skills from this role that will propel you upward in your journey if you stay for at least a year and can maintain a positive attitude. If you aim to be a Project Manager in the future, this is an excellent stepping stone.

Very high paced at times, can be high stress. This is not a job to take for the money or benefits. However, you will gain a wealth of knowledge and tons of life experience.
