Pros

- The Berlin and Amsterdam teams are very nice and welcoming (less the case in Vilnius) - The office managers are very nice and welcoming. - Some of the projects are really interesting (but take too long to go live unfortunately).

Cons

I was not expecting this when I joined Vinted. The company has a somewhat good reputation, and I really don't know how is this even possible. - When I joined, I heard a lot of people telling me they had at least one burnout since they started working at Vinted (I should have taken this as a big red flag) - If you are experiencing psychological bullying from your manager, just know that NOBODY will try to help. Once this happens you will be alone. - Leads and Directors are mostly inexperienced, and there are clear favouritism happening. Moreover, there are no clear strategic directions from top management. - They are VERY RISK averse. There is NO space for creative thinking. - There is no recognition either, you work on projects for years and then you don't even get a thank you from your manager or top management. - A lot of people work at night and during the weekends. - The process for raises and promotions is not fair, eventhought they claim it is. Many people have complained about it but there have been no changes. - NO DIVERSITY NO INCLUSIVITY you have to go to zoom conferences to learn about how diverse Vinted is or wants to be but there are no changes happening. 95% of the company is from Vilnius, white people, and mostly men in top management. When there are issues, the Vilnius office is always right. - They claim mental health matter for them because they offer free access to an app, but mental health should also be a priority for Leads and Directors. The app is just a plaster to help people, but it does not resolve the internal problems that are happening. Leads and Director are aware that many people experience burn outs but they don't change.

Cons

Not a company to work and invest in. They try to give this, "cool" vibe but they fail in the important things.
