Getting colder and more corporate every quarter - Product Designer Vinted Employee Review

Managers tend to ghost you; Lots of corporate processes that seem to be there for the sake of beeing, while really time consuming; Not much transparency on leadership decisions or plans; Extremely hard to raise your salary if you are not a new joiner + you can not argue or challenge the raise you are getting during the yearly review (this was explicitly communicated by leadership). Quite unclear career opportunities and biased promotions (depends heavily on the manager and weight of their word)
