- Little to zero on the job training - NEPOTISM - Rampant racism and sexist jokes. 95% that work here are white males. - Most retired cops/military personnel that work there are crude and lack corporate etiquette. EGOTISTICAL MANIACS. HR does very little to curb this. - Lots of backstabbing and hearsay from grown men. - Very toxic place. - COO is over his head. Overpaid, inept and under qualified, sentiments shared by many. - Communication breakdown all over. This is the company's kryptonite. - Very low employee morale. Could do better than Fruit Friday to raise morale.
