Pros
I’ve been in sales for nearly a decade and have owned my own seven-figure business, so I’ve worked in a lot of different environments. Since working with Daniel, it’s been impressive to see how prospects come into conversations already showing a high level of respect for the offer and the brand. That makes the sales process feel a lot more aligned and productive from the start. Internally, Daniel is very hands-on and intentional. He stays involved with the team, making sure both client success and team performance are always being improved. It’s clear he cares about building something that works for everyone involved, not just one side of the business. Overall, it’s been a solid experience working in an environment where there’s a strong focus on results, support, and continuous improvement.
Cons
The only real "downside" is that this is a fast-growing business, so you need to be able to keep up with the pace. It’s not for everyone. Your work ethic has to match the speed and intensity of a founder who is constantly pushing to win and improve
