1yThanks for taking the time to write your review. It’s very disappointing to hear that you feel this way and we want to ensure we respond to your concerns, so we also ask you to reach out directly to the People team or through any of the many communications channels we have within the business.
In advance of that, we want to reassure you that the redundancy process was conducted in line with our responsibilities as an employer and we endeavoured to make sure that everyone involved was supported throughout the process. Businesses up and down the country are having to make tough decisions and VED is no exception to this. Whilst we were sad to lose each of the team members that were affected, we are confident there was no discrimination as described and there was clear rational for each role that was made redundant.
As above we, we ask you to reach out directly to the people team, your line manager or anyone else on the exec or senior leadership team to discuss the other concerns you have raised.
