Pros

You are usually enamored by the glitz of the brand when you first onboard.

Cons

There were several organizational challenges that affected the work environment and overall effectiveness. Leadership relationships created a perception of favoritism, which at times raised concerns about objectivity in decision making. I also observed instances where leadership professionalism did not consistently align with the standards expected when representing the organization with clients, vendors, and external partners. The organization underwent frequent changes that often appeared to lack a clear strategic purpose, making it difficult for teams to maintain consistency and focus. Advancement opportunities sometimes seemed to be influenced more by personal relationships than by demonstrated performance or qualifications, which negatively affected employee morale and engagement. Additionally, many internal processes were unnecessarily complex, creating inefficiencies for frontline employees and making it more challenging to deliver a seamless customer experience and operate effectively.

Pros

The company culture is unmatched and the benefits are great. It is truly a place where anyone can belong. There are opportunities to grow and really find your footing at the company. If working locally and in-office, there is a lot of potential to cross-train and grow.

Cons

Too many hats to wear for any individual position. Being a growing newer company comes with many operational changes and constant adjustments to process. Working with ambiguity in a fast paced environment is an understatement at times.

Pros

Some people are genuinely talented and nice

Cons

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but after several years here, I feel it’s important to share an honest perspective for anyone considering joining. This is, without question, one of the most toxic work environments I’ve experienced. The core issue starts with leadership—there’s a consistent disconnect between what’s said and what’s actually done. Employees are constantly told they’re valued and that the company is thriving, yet none of that success ever translates into meaningful investment in the people doing the work. Growth and advancement are especially frustrating. Promotions are often promised but rarely delivered. I’ve personally been here for six years and have only received one promotion, despite consistently strong performance. Meanwhile, those who are part of the “inner circle” or office clique seem to move up almost automatically, sometimes every year. It creates a culture that feels less about merit and more about favoritism and politics. Compensation is another major issue. The workload continues to increase, expectations are high, and employees are routinely overworked—yet there’s little to no adjustment in pay, raises, or benefits to reflect that. It often feels like the company relies on goodwill and empty promises to keep people pushing forward. Communication from leadership tends to be overly polished but lacking in substance. There’s a pattern of setting expectations about future opportunities or improvements that never materialize. Over time, it erodes trust and morale. The environment overall is heavily driven by office politics. Collaboration and transparency take a backseat to navigating personalities and alliances, which makes it difficult to focus on doing good work or feeling genuinely supported. If you’re looking for a place where hard work is recognized, growth is real, and leadership is transparent, this likely isn’t it.
