Pros
* Easy going work environment, everyone was extremely laid back. 90% of time you would witness employees and even management doing things other than work. * Flexible hours, for part-time workers. * Friendly staff, everyone was very welcoming and becoming. * Very simple job, hard to mess up.
Cons
* Would hire just about anyone * Upper management typically had an apathetic attitude * Employee, student and faculty privacy not protected...this is discovered very quickly upon employment
