Good - Data Analyst Viridian Management Employee Review

Viridian really cares about both employees and their tenants

They take over managing properties that others have not taken care of. That creates a lot of work but it is rewarding.

Benefits were great. 3 weeks of PTO and 3 weeks combined holidays every year. Plus insurance with that too. Overall felt like they cared about the employee's, would have been nice to see it reflect in the pay though.

No real training offered. All training video's go over is how not to get sued but not much more beyond that. The standards in writing are not followed. Viridian upper management approved quite a few "bad" tenants right before departing from the property. In a 4 year time span, I worked with 3 regional managers and the position was open again on my departure.
