Pros

Working in Viridien SI has allowed me to build up my technical expertise and take on increasing responsibilities. The organization stretches people from A o Z which was very helpful to me that I can pick up step-by-step technical details and meanwhile see which aspects are more key to solve clients' problems and develop further on those aspects. It also gives young people lots of opportunities to learn and grow as fast as possible. Those opportunities to grow can be challenging and stressful periods. Good thing is there are lots of internal good support when needed for people with good intiatives to succeed.

Cons

It takes resilence to handle the stress that comes with both the opportunities and challenges

Pros

Viridien is a great company to work for, with a positive and professional working environment. The company has a strong international footprint, a diverse mix of nationalities and backgrounds, and a good balance of technical depth and business ambition. Colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and highly capable, and the leadership team is generally accessible and open to discussion. The work can be challenging and intellectually interesting, especially for people who enjoy technical, global, and client-facing environments.

Cons

Career progression could be much clearer and more structured. Promotion paths, development plans, and expectations for advancement are not always easy to understand, which creates uncertainty for employees who want to grow within the company. Salaries are also slightly below market average in some areas, and compensation should remain competitive to retain strong talent. Like many global technical companies, priorities can also shift quickly, so clearer communication and consistency would help.
