      Favoritism for departments Favoritism for specific genders/cultural backgrounds Favoritism for "friends" and "family" Resistant to pay promised remuneration Facade of an "open door policy" - keep mouths shut Extreme office politics Understaffed - Work is added to your position without written agreement or compensation Pay is lower than market standard ABSOLUTELY NO SICK DAYS Vacation day allotment gap too vast NO OVERTIME REMUNERATION Hard work goes unrecognized and unappreciated Disconcerting direction Management blames employees instead of taking responsibility for their own directives or lack thereof

      Great potential with an ever growing Infection Control product Un-tapped Market potential Base pay is more than average, and time to build market is more than substantial

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking, along with a clear business plan. Work life balance is missing. No additional benefits currently available to producers

      Pros

      Virox has a genuinely supportive and values‑driven culture. People care about the work and about each other, and leadership leads with trust, transparency, and integrity. Collaboration is strong, communication is open, and contributions are recognized. It’s a place where you feel proud of the impact you make and encouraged to grow professionally.

      Cons

      As with most organization, the pace can be fast at times and priorities may shift. That said, leadership is thoughtful and open to feedback, which makes change much easier to navigate.
