Pros
It offers a good life/work balance and they are flexible with vacation approvals. I would recommend the company if you want to get started in the recruitment field or if you are an experienced recruiter who does not matter working in a company that is still learning how to be a company.
Cons
Most of the dynamic people who delivered amazing results already left the company due to a lack of employee engagement strategies. I haven´t spoken with any employee who is satisfied with the company in the last three months and if you are not able to see that then that says a lot about your ability to identify threats and address them. Furthermore, joking around firing people after laying off a significant amount of employees does not help at all in re-build employees´ confidence.
