I’ve been with VEC for almost two years now, and I can honestly say that I truly enjoy the work I do here! The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, which has allowed me to maintain a healthy balance between my personal and professional life. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and development, and I’ve been encouraged to expand my skills and take on new challenges. With my determination and the support of my mentors, I was promoted after 1 year! What stands out the most is the incredibly supportive leadership team. They genuinely care about employee well-being and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration. I feel valued here, and it's an environment that truly makes me excited to work with my team every day! I'm happy!

There’s always room for improvement, like refining internal processes. Overall, the positive aspects far outweigh any challenges, and management is always open to feedback and making improvements.
