Great Company - Employee Virtual MGR Employee Review

I've worked at my share of large corporations. You feel lost in those with an inability to make an impact My impression this far at Virtual Mgr is that the culture is very positive and you're well supported. There is a no-tolerance culture for being a jerk. I love that. Everyone is part of the team and everyone supports each other well. Really high level people are being brought in to scale the company to the next level and I love that and love being a part of it. The product is a great solution to a simple problem. The company REALLY values supporting customers which is unique. I think the leadership is excellent. They're accessible and not arrogant.

A little sporadic with processes and frequent pivoting but that's normal in any small size software company growing as fast as VM is.

Provides real-time visibility into productivity and operational workflow. Improves accountability and documentation tracking.

Accuracy depends heavily on user compliance and proper system use. Some configuration gaps can create reporting inconsistencies.
