Pros
I really enjoyed my time at Virtual Media Group. I was involved in many different aspects so I have a solid understanding of VMG. Everyone who works there is a very solid person and it felt like a family. My reason for leaving was wanting to leave St Louis. It's where I've been most of my life and I needed a change.
I worked on video projects for clients, facilitating the whole process and making sure everything stayed on path for a timely delivery. It was fun! It gave me a chance to be creative and collaborate with awesome talented people inhouse. They have WONDERFUL designers, producers, sales team, and CEO. Since they hired a Production Director/Head Designer and changed CEO's they're now headed in a great direction with tons of potential. They are also very understanding of the work /life balance.

Cons
The benefits could be better. They will get better in time but with a smaller company, it's understandable.
