Being a CAM is not for everyone. It can be stressful at times.

Location and pat is decent

An old lady is over the crew and since she’s been there 20 years they allow her to do basically whatever she wants: lie about employees behind their back, embellish & fabricate stories without investigating. Unprofessional by asking older employees age in front of co-workers, yells at co-workers in training (they had all new people except for one & one of them was fired from same Company but worked a different property a month before being hired for this one but says he was “transferred.” She sat in the office with me for approximately an hour and a half (1st half was her lunch but then they all sat around on their phones with no one on the property anywhere during that time. It wasn’t that hot outside either. She berated me and was very negative about everything I did. I could tell the 1st day of training she was going to be a problem (which is probably why they’ve had so many recent turnovers and new people) it wouidnt allow me to enter my job title or length (year is the minimum) but I was there 9 hours and could tell within the first few that this woman was a problem. I was told by others that she may have felt k timid aged by me with my education, confidence but o wasn’t given a chance and she had obviously immediately started conspiring against me the first few hours there just during training (which was easy) if she only could have been nice o wouldn’t have had to see her but for one hour a day . Our Supervisor was not ethical or fair either & did not bother to ask me before I was accused and fired. Environment def not worth the money as there’s no job Security with a boss who is so insecure & instigates or believes misconceptions or non truths.
