I moved to Casper not too long ago and couldn't really find a job that fit my skillset. I didn't want to work in fast food or in the oilfield industry but it seemed like that's all that was out here, until I found Virtus. Here they taught me how to develop and hone my customer service and sales skills. From there I was promoted and the manager began training me on how to interview and train. I've learned more in this job than in any other so far, and it's really fun too!
