      very dynamic environment, challenging and interesting tasks and at the same time you can always have a great support from colleagues and management.

      Cons

      Management expects and supports working after-hours and during weekends. No compensation is paid as it considered as normal.

      low salary, micromanagement, bureaucratic, all decisions are made by top management so luck of freedom for employees and even middle management
