Due to the size, there are huge progression opportunities at Virtus Talent. Progression is black and white and clearly laid out from day 1, you can expect your first promotion within the first 4 months as you're set up to succeed. The culture is great, it's very supportive and I genuinely enjoy coming into work, credit to Jacob and Aaron for the environment they've created. We are well looked after in terms of incentives with lunch clubs, the wheel and holidays! The training is also great! We have at least one hour of one to one training each week with a group training session each week too. The training is also personalised to what you feel you need support on.
