- The company is small in size and there is not much opportunity to grow within the company. However, this does not mean you cannot develop your skills further, the company will always provide the support to do courses and training in whatever you require. - Teams can feel a little stretched at times given the workload - however on the flip side it is always managed very well, either an additional external resource will be brought in or the company will look to

Throughout all the time I was here, teams of Visca Web were constantly trying to improve processes, workflows and overall conditions. Even as a freelance developer, I was always listened and involved in decision making. From the technical point of view, it was a really excellent experience working in here. The project I was working with was done and developed following the best recommended practices. The whole ecosystem around the project also allowed distributing the product to users and testers far easier. Big thumbs up for Visca Web.
