Pros

Still in my first year here, but I have found the people (including executives) at this company to be helpful, supportive, approachable, and intelligent. The culture is positive and genuine, and I feel valued. I'm not just employee # xyz. I've spent over a decade at two of the largest ERP/HR Tech companies in the U.S., and the tech stack and sales support at Visier have matched or exceeded what I've used at those companies. The product is already mature and is a clear leader in the PA category while still growing by leaps and bounds due to sound financial management and ability to re-invest. After seeing the demand for this product, I do think we are poised for significant growth over the next 10 years.

Cons

I read some of the negative reviews and the comments, and they really don't represent what I have personally observed or experienced so far. I've had a really good experience. I do know over the past year Visier installed new sales leadership (the new leadership is part of the reason I joined), but there's probably some lingering fallout from that. And the company is small enough to where there's nowhere to hide, so if you're not engaged in your career it will probably show fairly quickly. The company could be more competitive in the benefits packages that are offered to U.S. employees who don't have access to national healthcare. The benefits are good, but not on par with "big box" tech companies (although this is not a "big box" company so that's worth considering). Final thought on the "Cons" section - the PA category is emerging as a "need to have" but it's not fully there yet. You really have to work with prospects as a true partner, so despite nearly every business wanting what we provide it's not a layup sale.

Pros

Visier has a great company culture, where feedback and candor is welcome. Everyone genuinely wants to help you win, grow and mature your career. I feel professionally challenged an surrounded by incredibly smart people. The product itself is strong-- with a great trajectory for opportunity.

Cons

Needs more gender diversity in the C-Suite

Pros

A paycheck until you find something better.

Cons

The embedded sales division is a revolving door sold to execs as “special” but run on unstable, outdated, and neurotic processes that constantly fail. Leadership talks big but delivers results far below industry standards. Millions were wasted hiring new reps and marketing support — most were let go or quit within a year. Toxic leadership and a boys’ club culture make it worse.
