I worked in HR, lot of favoritism. One person get promotion in every 2 years but whereas others are working at level. Management should look potential for others also. New people should also be given equal opportunity to prove themselves. People believe who sits after 6 in the evening only those people work. Such people should be train not to show your work by late sitting but show your work with effective time management.
