Poor management of projects and people - Anonymous employee Vision One Employee Review

I really struggled at this company, so much so that I cried most days and burnt out. They will take on too much work with too tight timelines and then you will end up working crazy hours to put out a piece of work that is up to standard. If you don’t put in those hours, you will end up providing half finished decks. There isn’t any support in place in the form of research executives, its just you and the director. They keep costs to the client low to win bids by using you (and only you) as a research exec, recruiter, moderator, transcripter, analyst, logistics manager and deliverable producer.
