Absolutely none that I can think of, except the fact that you get large amounts of time to take a breather, since there are a lot of hands on deck employed to do the same thing. But that can also be a con because the work is monotonous and the days will go by very slowly.

Beware that once your employment ends the company will vindictively for the run around on you in regards to getting you your final paycheck and you’ll have to file an official complaint before the amount owed then magically and conveniently appears in your account.

Pay is not bad..but the benefits over all are not good. And that's only when your told you even had benefits.

The owners are not honest people...either with contractors or their staff at the properties. They have cameras everywhere, they never pay contractors, liens are being placed on the property...it's real bad. No budgets --I mean none. Nothing. No variance reporting...no way to know if your up or down. Turnover is insane!
