If you don't work in the office, you miss having contact with other people Unless you are a major keener, working from home can be depressing

Good benefits, allow to « bank » hours

Very unorganized and you don’t have any support. One person tells you one thing while another tells you something else. No room for any advancement within the company and management seems very lost.
