Pros
It's exciting to be part of VIP's new Accela practice. The opportunities to support state and local government agencies' Accela system integration needs are limitless. The practice's management team is driven, professional, and customer-oriented. My team members are some of the best in their areas of expertise. I'm pleased with the salary and bonus opportunities.
Cons
VIP's benefits are less competitive than that of other companies for whom I've worked. Internal IT support is not as sophisticated as I would expect for a company of this size/caliber.
