Pathetic Work culture, Distespectful management - Anonymous employee Visit Health Employee Review

Working at Visit Health has been an extremely disappointing experience. The company simply does not have proper processes in place everything feels ad-hoc, unplanned, and chaotic. There is no defined work culture, and the atmosphere often feels unprofessional and draining. Favouritism is very evident. A handful of employees get special treatment while the rest struggle without support or recognition. On top of that, inappropriate language on the office floor is common, and nothing is done to address it, which reflects poorly on the overall environment. The leadership team, including some cofounders, often behaves arrogantly and is disconnected from the ground reality. They are unapproachable, and employee concerns are usually ignored. There is almost no work-life balance, and even basic holiday structures are missing. The appraisal system is one of the worst aspects. Raises look good on paper, but the in-hand salary can actually go down due to how the CTC is manipulated. Even gym memberships and health insurance are included in the CTC to inflate the number, which feels misleading and unfair. Overall, Visit Health has serious issues in culture, management, compensation structure, and basic professionalism. I would not recommend this company unless major changes are made.
