Pros
remote job and neat product
Cons
-Training was non-existent to inadequate at best. When I asked questions to clarify, the answers from upper management (one individual in particular who was the only person I could learn from) were condescending, unhelpful, and often left me second guessing myself. -I was made to feel like a burden from the beginning and never received any positive acknowledgment from anyone outside of my department. -Was told many times that the problem with upper management, including the owner, is “a lack of empathy”. Most of the teams and even other managers have simply come to accept their tyrannical ways. -They are growing too fast to do a good job and when I asked for help they could not provide any guidance, support, or come up with a plan to provide any clarity or help what-so-ever. This place is truly so toxic—please do yourself a favor and look for a place that actually cares about their employees. It’s been awhile since my departure, and to this day I’ve never received any sort of attempt to remedy my horrible experience.
