      Pros

      Pay is decent for the area. Some supervisors are good.

      Cons

      Work/ life balance is terrible. They'll call you everyday you have off (3-5) days a month. If you get hurt at work and go to the ER they still give you a point. They don't care about employees at all.

      Pros

      Good company to learn Interesting processes Was contempt with my team

      Cons

      They still prefer male management Plant manager is a joke Management would prefer someone that is a sucker rather than a hard worker There is a huge gap between the pay of man and worker Operators that are loyal are not given any support from HR when needed Difficulty to grow
