Pros
Pay, remote work, diverse nature and distribution of the workforce.
Cons
Vistaprint is an odd company, from the outside looking in they give the impression of a buttoned up company but from the inside out its a mess. As mentioned in other reviews the lack of job security and ruthless approach to hire and fire in itself makes it not worth joining. Secondly management cannot decide what they want, and what direction to take; everything feels very reactive and seems to change with the wind. Most importantly, its the sort of organisation which tolerates certain disruptive senior stakeholders (you know the type) that, quite frankly, shouldn't be in the role. The sort of people who stay up working till 4 am, then join calls at 9 am, barking orders, demanding data. You're a senior stakeholder, take a step back, you don't need the detail, trust your employees instead of suffocating them. I never felt so stressed in my life working for this company, I spent every day under the microscope and never realised it until i left. Thank God.
