Pros
I joined VISTA InfoSec as a Technical Writer with only one year of experience. I was really scared because I felt I lacked experience, and for the first few days, I was constantly on edge, worrying about whether I would be able to do well.
Thankfully, I was lucky to be part of a very supportive team and have colleagues who encouraged me and gave me the space to learn, make mistakes, and improve. That support meant a lot to me during my initial days.
A special and heartfelt thanks to Naren Sir and DM’s Team Lead, Ronak Sir, who were extremely patient with me. I learned so many things from both of you, and your guidance helped me gain confidence in myself and my work. If not for my interest in creative areas, I would have continued my journey at VISTA InfoSec.
Cons
I had a really good time learning at VISTA InfoSec, so there are no major cons as such.
