Pros
Most of the regular employees are friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
The CEO and the rest of the senior management people are more concerned with trying to aggressively grow the business than they are with the welfare of their employees. None of the regular employees on the floor are paid enough to live on, almost all of them have second jobs just to make ends meet. Senior management will outright lie to employees about pay, opportunities, and about job titles, and they will lie to customers to avoid showcaseling how incompercent they really are. During my time there I also witnessed numerous instances of blatant sexism in the workplace, which they only got away with by being a small company with no HR department. Nepotism and favoritism are also worse here than I've seen at anywhere else that I've worked. The CEO is a boldfaced liar who is definitely out of touch with reality. He promises that he's looking out for his employees and that he wants to help everyone reach their goals, but it's all a farce. What actually happens is they overwork and underpay their employees to maximize profit so the CEO can take thirty percent for himself. This company will use you up and spit you out without a thought, because all they really care about is the bottom line. Avoid at all costs!
