Pros
Great people to work with. Fair compensation. Very capable products within a growing industry.
Cons
Senior Management seems to think it's a financial company instead of a software company. Acts as though it's a large bank instead of a mid-level software company. Horrible work/life balance. Abusive Management (some employees have been brought to tears) Zero interest in client relationships Management is only interested in reporting profits and does not reinvest in it's employees or it's products.
