Short term opportunities and no warning of when it may end

None. The company used to be easy to work with and open to new ideas. I started working with them in 2021, and they seem to have a very high turn over. The new management/team is totally different now.

They back out of agreements and won't pay. They asked for minor revisions on a project, and then canceled it hours later. They refused to pay and wouldn't allow any other revisions they claimed they wanted after telling me it was canceled. Then they kept insulting me and saying I didn't meet their standards. Mind you, this was after I worked with them for many years and they used one of my testimonials for an online marketing campaign.
