Any pros were far outweighed by the cons

This company does not care about its employees in any real way. They have all the tick boxes and outward facing slogans and words. That’s all they are. Because on the ground, in the real world, most employees are treated like dirt. The only ones not treated like dirt are the ones willing to ‘work hard’ and by work hard, they mean, unpaid overtime which is expected and glorified. If you do your work within the working day and go home, even if you do a great job, this is not enough for them.

Constant rounds of redundancies year after year Hires new people, only to put them on redundancy notice within WEEKS whilst still in probation thereby ruining their careers. They left perfectly good jobs and then you make them redundant when their foot is barely on the door! No job security Terrible reputation for not paying suppliers on time Probably the worst run company I have ever worked for, long hours and toxic culture. Rotten to the core, will no doubt fail as a business model very soon
