Take a while to match nhs agenda for change and this i imagine will be the same case each year. Differing rules and benefits for different staff as 2 services work within one. Some staff allowed fully remote others not. They do not make allowances in caseload for meetings eg weekly supervision, team meeting, line management. Inconsistency with processes leading to frustration in an already pressured and stressful job.
