      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for over six years, and it’s been an incredible journey. From day one, I’ve felt supported and encouraged to grow both professionally and personally. One of the best parts of working here is the people. I’ve built lasting friendships that have made my time here truly special.

      Cons

      Every company has its challenges, and this one is no different. At times, the workload can get intense during busy periods, and internal communication/ approval process could be a bit smoother but those are minor trade-offs.

      Good products. Not many pros.

      Cons

      Very high staff turnover. Staff fired on the spot for no reason. Directors scream and shout at employees in front of everyone. Work culture is toxic. Only accept a job offer here if you have no food to eat. Long working hours with no over time. No pay rises or bonuses. Very low pay.

We encourage our team members to speak openly with us whilst they are working at VB through various communication channels e.g. directly with their line manager, a member of the HR team, through our employee engagement surveys or other HR policies. Additionally, we offer an exit interview to all leavers should they wish to share any feedback prior to their departure. However, we do not have a record of such feedback to date.
