Very nice people. Great coastal location in Newport Beach. Competitive pay. Occasional company sponsored meals at restaurants and bars. Free parking.
Cons
Micro-management to the extreme. The stock options are basically worthless. You're encouraged to work on holidays that you officially have "off". Company doesn't provide remote access or laptops and you're pressured to box up and bring your workstation home on weekends. Outdated computer hardware with barely enough juice to run Visual Studio. Development team leadership is based on tenure and not on experience or skills. No software methodology or quality assurance whatsoever. Buggy code is tolerated as long as it's developed quickly. Software requirements are handed down by the Sale Manager who has no software industry experience. Angry clients dictate the pace of operations.
