Disadvantges - medical insurance is less, No cab facility,Salary credits on last day,only 5 days mandatory compared to other MNC companies.

Pros I can think of: 1. Get to work finance domain 2. Get to handle multiple projects

Cons: 1. High work pressure. Mostly you need to work for 10-12 hours. 2. As a QA, mostly you will be assigned at least 2 projects. 3. Bad management policy. You need to fill timesheet explaining what have you done each hour. 4. No innovation in testing. Have to work in plain old boring stuffs.
