The leadership, particularly at the CEO/Owner level, doesn’t inspire much trust. A noticeable lack of transparency trickles down and makes it hard to feel confident in the company's direction. The culture also feels very cliquey—unless you’re in the “in” crowd, it can be challenging, or have a voice. It’s not the most inclusive or welcoming environment, which can be draining over time.

Great people and great work life balance. Go getter attitude and doing whatever you can to make it happen.

Not well funded. Promises get made that don't get kept simply because the funding situation is very tough.
