Pros
Work with some decent people, but there are plenty of people getting paid that don't even do their job. Management doesn't want to be bothered with having to actually do their job by getting rid of useless pukes.
Cons
If your part of the good ol' boys club you'll get a promotion regardless....even if you don't know your a** from your elbow. They will dangle a promotion in from of your face then give it to someone less deserving then offer you a different job with a 5% raise and call it a promotion gaslighting you into thinking they are doing you a favor. Even if you are one of the best techs they have they do not promote accordingly. HR is virtually useless since some people haven't even had raises that were promised over a year ago.
