Good company, Very nice people, excellent software.

Salary not enough. No bonuses.

Extremely collaborative environment, broad job spec so you get experience in a lot of different areas if you want, management actually listen to employee feedback, no office politics

Can be a little slow to catch up on rewards & benefits but improving as the company gets bigger
