Everyone is passionate about the product and dedicated to the mission of reducing musculoskeletal pain like back, neck, and shoulder pain. Positive, healthy, and happy culture and people. Great team that holds each other accountable. It's a small company and every person has a voice that matters. No idea is a bad idea. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a ‘family like’ environment. Excellent work-life balance. The CEO and CTO very much care about the health of their employees and it shows. Love having the option for hybrid working. We are allowed to work Mondays and Fridays from home. Some people choose to come into the office every day which is nice if you want company. Can't think of any cons. Just want to highlight that we are a fast-moving startup so tasks change quickly. You need to be comfortable with adjusting your priorities and voicing your opinion.

As a fast-paced, high growth start-up, there are many opportunities to learn which I really love. It's a great balance of learning lots of new things whilst also being supported by the team. It is a very open, collaborative and friendly environment where everyone's voices are heard and listened to. I also love how diverse the team is. We have a 50:50 gender split which is pretty rare in a tech company! Everyone is super conscious of making sure we are inclusive in how we work.

It's honestly hard to think of any. I guess because we're a start up you need to be prepared to be on the ball and work fast without affecting quality of work. I personally enjoy this as I feel like whatever work I produce makes a real impact and it's great that each day is different.
