- Some extremely strong Senior Partners - Hard-working Analysts - Exposure to clients early on
Cons
- This is a 70 person company that wants badly to be a 200 person company, but still is set up as a 20 person company. There is no professional development/learning program, there is almost no business development. This is largely a marketing consulting firm that barely markets. -While their is talent at the Senior Partner level, there is also apathy. This has allowed the Chief Creative Officer get in the ear of the CEO and steer the company towards a lower margin, more highly competitive market where we are losing. These individuals are much more interested in winning awards over doing quality work and driving results.
