Pros
I always found that you get back what you put in - people who work hard and care about the company, are valued and have the potential to go far. There is a friendly and fun atmosphere and the people are lovely to work with. There is also a good support network in place so there is always someone to help with your role when needed. It is possible to earn very good money and there are great employee benefits.
Cons
It can get a bit too busy to handle at times The working days seem very long. It is not great for part-time workers so I struggled to readjust when I returned from maternity leave - I was either trying to do a full time job in a couple of days or had nothing to do..
