Pros
Nice travel, if you like sitting in datacenters and working fourteen to sixteen or more hours daily in exotic locations. You make your own travel arrangements (and pay for it too, they reimburse) so you can schedule the weekend while you're at that exotic locale. Health and PTO benefits are nice.
Cons
Management is horrid. I've see the US President stare for fifteen minutes across the Manhattan office at his employees with the evil eye. Work/ Life balance is not respected by the company whatsoever. Training is minimal if any at all. Expectations are unrealistic with training, you will be expected to know everything without training. Escalation path is non - existent, after 11AM EST you will be left holding the ball while the customer screams.
