The company runs Market research services with hardly any market research setup. They claim to client that they have PAN India fieldwork presence but only in credentials to woo clients but they have office in Noida only. Their BPO business also got shut down as they did not have proper papers to run the same and police did raid and asked them to shut it with immediate effect which had bad impact on the employees.For Market research, they only have CATI setup in NOIDA but again with no proper SOPs.They dont pay salaries on time, sometimes it gets delayed by months.Thy have only BD people who have only superficial knowledge of market research.There are many unethical MR practices were being done.
